You are cordially invited to take part in a special technical seminar to
be held on Sunday, October 6, 2024 from 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m. The
seminar will be conducted by the Directors of the CJC and will cover our
core curriculum first taught by Shihan Forrester, the Father of Canadian
Jiu Jitsu.

The seminar is open to practitioners of all ages and belt levels. The
seminar is FREE to all our members.
